Bridge Over Troubled Water
The project
Working as a disaster-response team, we designed and built a rapidly deployable bridge to help victims escape and supplies reach those in need — lightweight, strategic and functional, despite limited supplies, a weight limit, and height/length constraints.
Reflection
I learned the importance of measurements and how to improvise within restrictions while still meeting requirements. My favorite part was testing — observing the errors in our build and figuring out how to improve them.
